If I was Mr Mandela It would look dark with a little bit of light. The straw mat would be uncomfortable & itchy. The roof would leak drop buy drop. It would be cold & smell terrible.
I really like your journal entry of what it would feel like as Nelson Mandela. You used so many great adjectives! How do you think Mandela would have felt emotionally? Do you think he would have felt scared or alone?
